2008 is International Year of the Reef
In 2008 We will be observing the International Year of the Reef. International Year of the Reef is a worldwide campaign designed to raise awareness about threats posed to coral reefs around the world by factors such as direct human interaction and climate change.

We will be offering participants in our trip to Bonaire in March an opportunity to participate in this effort, as well. Those traveling with us to Bonaire will receive a Coral Reef Conservation Specialty Course Instructor Guide and a Coral Reef Conservation Instructional CD ROM. They will also have the opportunity to enroll in the Project AWARE Fish Identification Specialty Course.
